Top 5 Things On Your Christmas List

For some reason I've decided to start up a meme, not that I think it'll catch on. If it does, at least I'll have some idea of what to get everyone for Christmas.

All you have to do is list the top five things on your Christmas list. That's all! Here's mine.

1. Coffee and beignet mix from Café du Monde in New Orleans.
2. Sam under the mistletoe.
3. Hanson's album, The Walk. I'll gladly explain that one if you must know.
4. A foot massage.
5. Snow.

I don't understand him.

One minute we're happy, everything is perfect and then...then for reasons he won't even explain, he's late, or he stands me up, or he takes off, or we just can't be together. And then. Then, just when I think I'm moving on and getting over him, out of nowhere he asks to have dinner with me or meet him somewhere. I agree to whatever it is, and something comes up. Something always comes up!

You'd think I would have learned the first time around. Is it really that hard to explain where he keeps disappearing to? I can't imagine whatever it is he's doing is criminal or anything. He's probably the kindest, most caring, most moral person I know.

I just don't understand why he thinks he can't trust me. If he'd just tell me the truth, tell me whatever it is he's hiding, we wouldn't have all these problems and might actually have a chance to be together.

I keep hoping it'll happen...but I know it won't.
