Someone to turn her life upside down. It was exactly what she needed.

Cheerleading stopped being fun as soon as she hit high school. Moving to Metropolis didn't change things as much as she thought it would. She bounced back and forth between hobbies: school committees, art, computers. Then it was jobs: coffee houses and record stores and everything in between. Her martial arts classes, originally taken for the sake of protecting herself in this big city, became her outlet. She felt like something was missing and it frustrated her to no end.

Then she met the Winchesters.

Their lives were dangerous and full of the strange and unusual, but with them, for the first time, it felt right.

Maybe she'd been trying to hard to be normal. Maybe she wasn't meant to be normal.
