OOC :: Verse Planning

Since I'll be distracted the next couple of days (preparing for Thursday with non-stop Disney, mostly animated musicals), I thought I'd put this up because we need to start discussion.

Since I refuse to have a verse with the f word in the name, Joey the wonderful boy that he is has suggested "All Jacked Up"...which if you don't know is a Gretchen Wilson song. (Picked that up from his Uncle Clark, I guess. Sorry, Dean.) Of course you guys have imput, since it's your verse too.

Looking at canon I figure...probably be easier if we went AU from the end of Season 2, with Sam not dying. Therefore Dean didn't sell his soul, didn't die and break that first seal, so things aren't as...dire and they could afford to stay in one general place for the term of a pregnancy.

And since they'd be around, they'd probably meet some Smallville characters, and I know Lana's main Chloe would be like, "I can has Dean?"

The question is, where to start from? The beginning, with Lana waking up next to Dean and freaking out, or years down the road. I know Sam wants his lapdance, so I guess it could be a year or two after he's born?

And I'm so game for a happy!verse it isn't even funny. And I'm good with wherever you guys want to start. I'm easy, really. I'm so easy it's ridiculous.

The one issue I do have is I want to have my Dean and Chloe talk a bit more before I commit to anything that way. Because I don't want to say they'll do something, then have them actually talk and find that they don't click. Dean's finicky. He changes his mind on a dime sometimes.

Dean is pretty flexible. Though he would like to play out the awkward morning afters, because he doesn't get very many of those. Usually it's just about the sex. Which, you know, he doesn't object to, but he's good for the funny times too.

Yes, we need a happy not-canon verse at the moment.

My major obstacle would be getting Sam with Lana if she's already had a kid with Dean. He'd be all about her being "Dean's" girl, so Dean will probably have to make sure Sam knows it's ok for him to be with Lana. Which in itself would be a funny scene.

Unless of course this becomes a dean/Lana verse from that, which I would totally laugh at you two and point.

And we all know Dean's so easy it's ridiculous. Don't follow in his footsteps :)

AHA! Lana has yet to meet a Dean that she'd go that way with. Unless she meets him while she's drunk, apparently, but then after...well, I really don't think it'd go that way.

And we already know how googly-eyed she can be for your Sam.

That said...I vote Sam gets smacked in the head by Dean who is like GO FOR IT, YOU IDIOT!
