[After taking care of everything―doing her hair, dropping off Joey at Clark's, sending a text to Ruby to let her know she was in the clear―Lana hops in her car and drives to the Talon to meet Sam.

She checks the mirror one last time before she gets out of her car and walks in. Very fast. She's been looking forward to this all week.]

[Lana smiles and just...goes behind the counter and helps herself like she owns the place, which she kind of used to. And she's good enough friends with the current one that it's all good.

[slides that across the counter and grabs herself some chocolate covered raisins]

[takes that hand and...leads him to the place where the movies are kept]

[while she sneaks a kernel or two of popcorn]

[because he loves it, but has never seen it on the big screen]

I mean, on the big screen. Completely different than on a tv.

[he looks like a happy little boy as he kisses her, then grabs her and the movie and heads towards the movie theatre]

[and the movie gets set up and he pulls her into the seat next to him.]

[yes, he knows and he leans over to kiss her before pulling her closer to snuggle with him]

[his head rests against hers and he manages to stay like that for a good part of the movie too]

[She could stay like this forever. Do you have to move at all, Sam?]

[not until he starts to shift because he needs to pee... which wouldn't be for a long time.]

[But when he does get up, she will finish off the popcorn and steal some of his sour rope. Shouldn't have left that behind, Sam.]

[he comes back with a drink and more popcorn and sees the missing rope]
