Premise: After a drunken one night stand with Dean, who looks exactly like Jason Teague, Lana becomes pregnant with a son. However, Sam and Lana start to fall in love. Crack ensues.

A Short Trip To Hell
Premise: Replace Jason Teague with Dean Winchester pretending to be Jason Teague. Age Lana up a year and make her a townie. Have a better Season 4. Of course just as college starts up, Dean takes off to live the Supernatural life, until Sam jumps into Hell and Dean makes a pit stop in Smallville. (There's a lot more in this verse, this just covers Lana's part.)

Helter Skelter
Premise: A Supernatural crossover. Lana breaks up with Clark of her own free will and stays in Smallville. After what happened with Brainiac, Clark's disappearance and Chloe's arrest, so takes back her job at the Talon until she can manage to piece herself back together. There she meets Sam Winchester, who is searching for Lilith, and the two start dating. Ruby has plans of her own, and makes Lana an offer she can't refuse.

Langchester
Premise: Crossover with Supernatural. This follows Supernatural canon, with the exception that Sam and Lana are together, having fallen in love after a double date with Chloe and Dean.

Warm Witch's Blood
Premise: When the Potentials of the world are activated, Lana becomes a Slayer and leaves before Clark returns from Metropolis to start her training. Years later she meets up with a hunter with what she perceives to be a demon problem, among other things. Ruby becomes much more dangerous than she bargained for when she turns her eyes toward Clark.

Star-Crossed Metropolis
Premise: Lex kidnapped Lana and locked her away until she finally gave into him, not to mention went a little nuts. They married again, and now she assists him in his anti-alien agenda.
