Before I get to the verses, here are a few things you might want to know.

- I'm on Eastern Standard Time, and am mainly on in the afternoon/night.
- I don't do smut. I'm open to R rated sexual posts, but only with those I'm really comfortable with. I'm also not comfortable with any sort of abusive lines. Thanks, but I've had enough of that in my real life to go through it again in my fake life.
- On romance, these are the characters I'm willing to pair Lana with: Sam Winchester of Supernatural, Oliver Queen, Lex Luthor, Clark Kent (under special circumstances) or Pete Ross. If your character isn't any of those, ask, or see if something develops organically.

Generic Verses
Verses with no specific binding muses.

Canon: This is mainly for prompt communities, as she appears in the show. When in canon will vary, which will be noted by the various canon tags, but mostly she will be Season 7 or 8. I have a lot of bad canon to overcome, so please bear with me if she gets a little annoying.

AU: Naturally this applies to anything from the in-show AUs, and any other AU situation that is not listed below. In-show AUs will have an additional tag. There have so far been 4 alternate universes in the Smallville universe, present in Lexmas, Labyrinth, Noir, and Apocalypse. Apocalypse!Lana only appeared in the episode in picture form, but I have recently decided I may explore that further. Lexmas!Lana is my favorite, so she'll appear most often.

Crossover: This applies to fic only, as fandoms cross often with muses. These crossovers will also be marked with an additional tag with the specific fandom (ex: [cross] supernatural). If the crossover is a rewrite of a specific episode in either fandom, it will also be marked with the AU tag.

Open: Lana is as I've described in her userinfo, pretty much a catch-all. All verses will mix into this.

Specific Verses
All verses are Season 8 based (mostly offshoots from the open verse) unless otherwise stated. In all RP-based verses unless otherwise stated, Chloe is reporter_chloe, Jimmy is metroshutterbug, Sam is likely_evil and Dean is hasperkynipples.

All Jacked Up: A crack verse based on this response to the reproduction meme. Lana has an uncharacteristic drunken one night stand with Dean Winchester (who, in her defense, looks a lot like Jason Teague) and ends up pregnant. Sam and Dean park the Impala at Lana's childhood home, which she recently required. Lana soon finds herself falling, not for the father of her child, but his brother. This verse is thoroughly AU on both sides for the sake of happy cracky fun tiems. Clark is solarsentinel.

Apocalypse Rising: Prompts only. Crossover verse with Supernatural. Lana (who is taken from AU from Apocalypse) meets the boys during Season 4 of Supernatural and follows canon as closely as possible with the addition of her being along for the ride. I write for this only when I feel inspired, which should be very soon.

Better Than Drugs: AU Season 8 post Turbulence, named for the Skillet song. This verse is based on this response to the reproduction meme that was going around at the time. This verse will pretty much follow the outline in the meme, possibly with some small changes.

Chances Are: Post Season 8's Requiem. Lana leaves Smallville for New York, living just outside the city and only venturing inward when her self inflicted seclusion starts to get to her. She is soon to meet Sam Winchester on one such venturing. For roleplay, possibly prompts later.

Forever: AU Bride, with a bit of tweaked history to smoothly cross over with Highander. Oliver accidentally kills Lana during their fight, but it doesn't end her. She's alive again minutes later, confusing both of them. She goes to her trainer, Carter Bowfry, who explains to her what she is and what that means. Right now it's prompts, but I hope for RP later.

The Fourth Seal: A Supernatural AU based on the future shown in 5.04 The End, at the_4th_seal. Also a great excuse for a Dean/Lana verse.

Helter Skelter: Located in comingdown_fast. Instead of being kidnapped at the end of Season 7, Lana breaks it off with Clark, who almost immediately afterward goes missing. She closes ISIS for the time being and gets her job back at the Talon, where she meets Sam (imnot_likeyou). They grow closer than anyone expects, and Ruby (ilove_atallman) decides she needs to take action if she hopes to keep the master plan on track. Dean is notsamskeeper.

Langchester: The default Lana. Chloe dragged Lana into a double blind date with two brothers, Chloe's date being Dean Winchester (winchesterjerk), and Lana's being his brother Sam. The two have fallen very much in love since then, and Sam confessed to her about who he really is and what he and Dean really do, among other things. She now has the same tattoo as the brothers on the back of her right shoulder, to protect against possession. Clark is hero_farmboy.

My Immortal: This verse is based on this response to the spawn meme. AU Season 8's Beast, with Chloe and Clark sharing a passionate and intimate goodbye. Clark dies days later at the hands of Doomsday. Chloe is stunned to discover a few months later that Clark left something behind: a child. Lana returns to Smallville shortly after, and ultimately, she and Chloe decide to raise the little boy together.

Oh Baby!: Formerly How Bizarre. Okay, so this one is a little complicated to explain. Lana's Chloe has a verse with superfarmboy, one in which Clark broke up with Lana after everything with Bizarro in Season 7 and eventually began seeing Chloe, who was pregnant with what he thought was Jimmy's child, but was in fact his own. Lana started interacting with this Chloe, and developed an inside joke about Lana and Lois being Smallville's first lesbian wedding. Enter this meta conversation which lead to this prompt being written. Somehow, the two have merged to form this verse. She's been better able to deal with the break up because of her baby, but at the same time it's caused a lot of stress. She was terrified that if she saw a doctor like her Aunt Nell kept telling her to, that they would take the baby away from her and kill it, or even worse, do all kinds of tests and experiments. Eventually she did tell Chloe about her pregnancy, who arranged for her to see the same doctor she was seeing, one trusted by Oliver Queen. She still hasn't told her aunt and uncle the truth about what's going on and never will. She doesn't trust them with her son's secret. As the Clark of this verse isn't around very much, expect it to be mostly prompts.

Parabolical (IJ): Prompts only, and not too active. This Lana is originally from the Lexmas universe, but is younger than the one in the dream (late Season 7 canon time). I put her into an RP set in the Buffy/Angel verse and she developed into her own. To my surprise, she fell for Bart Allen, and after he was aged up to 28, they soon began to pursue a relationship. It's one of the most solid and intimate relationships any of my Lanas have ever had. She had a familial relationship with the comic!Kara there who posed as her niece "Linda Lang", and became a motherly figure to Jack Landors (of Power Rangers SPD). She also became best friends with a Lois Lane that looks oddly like her best friend Chloe back home, only with red brown hair. When the slightly amnesiac Lex disappeared from the game, he left all his possessions to Lana. Eventually she actually saw Lexmas and hated Lex for his actions, becoming even more devoted to Bart.

Puppy Love: AU from Season 7, post Hero. Prompts only, unless the urge strikes to RP. Lana awoke one day to find herself not at the Kent Farm, but in a facility much like 33.1, only they weren't taken for their abilities, but to be given abilities as some sort of experiment. Lana found herself to have the ability to control pheromones. At first she had no control over it. She turned the heads of the other prisoners, and even accidentally seduced a few of them into sleeping with her, but through a little research in the facility's library and some practice, she learned to control it, and used it to get pretty much anything and anyone she wanted. The only person she actually knew from the outside was Jimmy Olsen, who developed the power of animal imitation and shape-shifting, specifically, a Golden Retriever. She started fooling around with him. It was a game to her, really. She was playing with him, made herself the dominate partner, not that he objected at all. Their relationship was a strange one to say the least. One day, as mysteriously as it had all started, they were returned to Smallville. This happened around the end of Prey in Season 8. Clark had moved on to Chloe, which was a bit of a relief for her. She also found that she still had her powers. She and Jimmy didn't spend much time together anymore, as they were no longer forced into interaction from close proximity, and over time she discovered she'd grown attached to him. She denied it to herself and avoided him, but as you know, that doesn't always work.

Reefside Summer: Prompts only. AU from the end of Season 7, crossover with Power Rangers Dino Thunder. Lana chose to leave Clark of her own free will and moved to Reefside, California. There she meets Dr. Tommy Oliver, a teacher at the local school. Throughout the summer, Lana begins to open up to him about her past mistakes and to her surprise he is very understanding and supportive of her as she pushes forward. He makes her feel hopeful about the future, and, maybe, their future.

Roles Reversed: Prompts mostly, a little RP. A friend of mine came up with an awesome twist on a gender bent Smallville, with Chloe and Clark's (planetbound) positions reversed as well as Lex and Lana's and a few others, while a lot of the remaining characters (though not all) being genderbent the traditional way. After discussing the concept, the muse began to form in my head. I can't wait to play with her, maybe rewrite some scenes from different episodes.

Star-Crossed Metropolis: Prompts only. This is several years post-series, AU from late Season 7 on. She remarried Lex and they have a young daughter, Juliet, named after Lex's dead brother Jullian. Clark is Superman in this AU, but while Lana is aware of this, Lex isn't (at least not consciously). This would be due to the fact that Clark kept his glasses after losing his sight. She has what appears to be a deep seated hatred for aliens, but based on the fact that she's never told Lex Clark's secret, or made any attempt on his life, that is questionable. She appears to believe with Lex that there is a coming alien invasion, but again, it's yet to be seen how committed she is to those beliefs. Years later, her daughter would become involved with Clark's son against with wishes of both sets of parents.

Time Lost: Chloe leaves with the Doctor, meaning to be gone only eighty days, but disappears for eighty years instead. Lana is a side character in this verse. Clark is planetbound.

White Magic Woman: Lana's Charmed AU. In this, Lana is a good witch from a long line of witches. Her parents were killed by demons when she was young, and her Aunt Nell took her in and raised her in the ways of witchcraft. Clark, who is her whitelighter in this verse, is planetbound. Details are still being sorted out, so more as it develops.

Retired/Hiatused Verses

Most of Me: Named for the song Most of Me by Mandy Moore. This started with a conversation with Oliver Queen (gallant_archer) about a car he was buying, which eventually progressed into him asking her to lunch. There is promise she sees there, but after the luck she's had with men in the past, it's going to take her some time to ease into anything more than a friendship, if it ever does to begin with. All of my Lanas are a bit haunted by Lex, but this one seems especially so. She sometimes hears his voice in her head, telling her how alike they are, and memories of him and their time together flash in her mind on at least a semi-regular basis.


This list is likely to get larger, because Lana is brain fungus. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but always multiplying. I will try to keep it up to date.
